Our HIGHLAND PARK location, established in 2012, is located in the heart of Highland park on York blvd. The studio consists of two buildings with a patio in between. Main building upfront and the Sanctuary in the back.

Enter the large white door of our main building from York Blvd into our lobby with the reception desk on one side, waiting room and a small retail shop on the other side, stocked yoga essentials; mats, towels, blocks, bolsters, basic yoga apparel and an unexpected treat tea!

After class we offer a sample of our tea of the week as a gesture of hospitality and appreciation of finer things in life. Check out our current list of teas here.

Our main yoga room in the front building is called the GALLERY, has a capacity of holding 40 mats and the space doubles as an Art Exhibition Space. The gallery rotates exhibitions of local artists every 2 months. See what is currently on view here. Join us and do yoga in an art gallery!

Our PATIO between the main building and back building serves as a gathering space and this is the space where we hold monthly community building BREAKFAST ON THE PATIO, every 1st Saturday of the month at the Highland Park location: fresh fruits, juice, nuts, and oatmeal. Enjoy the sunshine, music, and company of your fellow community members, while eating a delicious and healthy breakfast.

Yoga at Namaste Highland Park in Los Angeles, CA

The second yoga room, the SANCTUARY is in the back building, past the patio, has a capacity of 20 mats. It features dim lights and a large forest wallpapers on each side of the room, in the spirit of the healing way of Shinrin-yoku Forest Therapy, the medicine of simply being in the forest. "Shinrin Yoku is Japanese for "Forest Bathing", is a term that means "taking in the forest atmosphere" - a gentle path to wellness accessible to almost everybody. The SANCTUARY yoga room holds our mediation and gentle classes.
