Nora was born a devotee of yoga. She began her practice at a young age, and continues to practice daily. She was trained by her beloved teacher Bethany Eanes at Mukti Yoga school in the traditional Hatha and Vinyasa style. She holds a Master's degree in Philosophy, where she spent time studying Vedic texts. Nora continues to learn, and takes regular classes on ancient texts, and is also being trained in Kundalini Yoga. She is excited to take her sabbatical this fall to continue her Hatha yoga training in Rishikesh, India.
Proud to both practice and live her yoga, Nora maintains a strict vegan diet and is free of alcohol and caffeine. She meditates daily, and (tries to) practice loving kindness regularly. Because of this devotion, it is easy for her to find her teaching guided by love. You can expect her classes to be warm, lighthearted, and informative.

This gentle flow class is focused on the experience of being in your body and with your breath. Accessible to all levels, including beginners, this class is a combination of gentle & dynamic flow coupled with longer holds to help find alignment in our bodies, within ourselves, connect with clarity, humility, and love.
We begin end class with Mindfulness Meditation – a subtle but very special practice that is often overlooked.
Integrating movement and breath, this class is aimed at the seasoned beginners and regular practitioners.
- Introducing twists, some backbends, approachable inversions, be prepared to explore both beginning and intermediate poses. Modifications are given allowing the students to choose a more beginning or more advanced practice according to their needs.
