Laetitia De Lagasnerie
How do you spend your days off?
When not practicing three of the many things she enjoys are swimming in the ocean, practicing the guitar, singing in a choir.
Laetitia, a grateful mother of two, thinks of practicing yoga as the most beautiful way to navigate life's journey: being in the present moment. Her practice has sustained her through pregnancy, giving birth, illness. She has studied many styles over the years and is certified to teach Hatha and Kundalini.
Her class draws from different practices, keeping her students safe with a strong emphasis on breath and alignment. While encouraging them to enjoy the process, she guides the physical practice to be a moving meditation. Her own practice is constantly evolving. Laetitia hopes to practice and study yoga until her final Savasana.
She has recently been taking master classes with seasoned Iyengar teachers "Karen Paalman and Scott Hobbs" and is currently practicing Ashtanga under the guidance of Noah Williams in Silver Lake.
